The purpose of this course is to provide educational tools and techniques that have been shown through numerous studies to reduce the stress reactivity and suffering in many areas of wellbeing. It aims to enhance awareness of mindfulness practices and ways in which mindfulness-based practices can be incorporated into one’s daily life.
Any advice offered through this site is solely for educational purposes and is not to be construed as any form of clinical treatment.
If you are going through any of these issues at this time it would not be advisable to take this course without first consulting a licensed psychotherapist or psychiatrist:
A recent traumatic event such as an accident, loss or unwanted separation
Are currently abusing substances
Have major depression or bipolar disorder
Any other pre-existing psychiatric condition
If during any time during this course you feel any of these symptoms please contact a doctor or professional psychologist, psychiatrist or doctor:
Feelings of dissociation (feeling like you are looking at yourself as though from outside. It can also include feeling so detached from your emotions that you can feel like a robot).

This Agreement is between you and Reset Button Mindfulness Ltd.
You participate in the online course entirely at your own risk. You are entirely responsible for any risks relative to the utilisation, results or performance of the course. You wholly accept that, in case of a claim, the liability of Reset Button Mindfulness Ltd. shall not exceed the price value originally paid for by you for participation in the course.
- Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to Reset Button Mindfulness Ltd. and you may only use them with their consent.
- Payment Processing
Our payment processing agent is Stripe, which provides secure processing of payments and credit or debit card information. We do not have access to your credit or debit card numbers or Stripe security information.
4B. Free Trial
-Your subscription may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your subscription lasts for one week and is intended to allow new subscribers and certain former subscribers to try the course.
-Free trial eligibility is determined by Reset Button Mindfulness Ltd. at its sole discretion and we may limit eligibility to prevent free trial abuse. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.
-We will charge your Payment Method for your chosen subscription fee at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your subscrition prior to the end of the free trial period. To view the chosen subscription price and end date of your free trial period, click the “Order History” link on the “My Account” page.
-Billing Cycle. The subscription fee for the Mindful Reset will be charged according to the chosen subscription type to the payment method provided on sign up. Payment method will be charged on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your subscription. Visit “Order History” link on the “My Account” page to see your next payment date.
-Payment Methods. You can change your Payment Method by clicking on the “Order History” link in the “My Account” page. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the course until we have obtained a valid Payment Method. When you update your Payment Method, you authorize us to continue charging the updated Payment Method, and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For some Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you certain fees, such as a foreign transaction fee or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
-Cancellation. You can cancel your course subscription at any time. Upon cancellation you will no longer have access to the Mindful Reset course. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-week subscription periods or uncompleted Mindful Reset course content. To cancel, go to the “Order History” in the “My Account” page and follow the instructions for cancellation.

We will not make any personally identifiable information about your participation with the course available to any other party.
At any time, you can cancel your subscription to the course, have us delete your personal information from our database and opt-out of receiving emails or any other communication from us.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
You provide us information about yourself in various ways when you follow the online course. For example, you provide us with information such as your name and email address, or otherwise provide us with various personal information when you interact with the online course.
To help make sure you receive information that is relevant to you, the online course uses data “cookies.” We use session cookies to enable navigation of the online course. A session cookie expires when you close your browser. We only use persistent cookies to make the login process easier. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file. You may configure your browser to prevent persistent cookies from being set on your computer.
